Wrinkle Free Ionic Crosslinking Finishing Of Cotton Fabric By Using Chitosan
“ This article describes the possibility of wrinkle free finishing of cotton fabric using cationic chitosan. The cotton fabric is treated with chloroacetic acid which forms anionic cellulose, and the chitosan is treated with hydrochloric acid, forms cationic chitosan, and crosslinking is made by treating anionic cellulose with cationic chitosan.
