The conference was inaugurated by Hon'ble Minister of State for Civil Aviation, Cottage & Salt Industry, Industry, Mines and Minerals Shri Anil Patel, Government of Gujarat where as the Special Address at the Inaugural Session was delivered by Shri J. N. Singh, IAS, Textile Commissioner, Government of India.
The Valedictory Address during the concluding session was delivered by Hon'ble Union Minister for Textiles, Shri Shankersinh Vaghela.
